Carmen Bradley, RN, Named Shore Medical Center’s
March 2016 Guardian Angel of the Month

Medical Center is proud to recognize Carmen Bradley, RN, as its March 2016
Guardian Angel of the Month for providing passionate and exceptional care to
Shore’s patients. Shore established the Guardian Angel Program to enable
patients to say thank you to a special caregiver through a donation to Shore
Medical Center.
Bradley joined Shore in April
2015 as a nurse on the 5th Hayes unit, where she cares for patients
with cancer and other illnesses. Bradley’s manager, Kelly Duma, RN, BSN, NE-BC
says the 5th Hayes unit is lucky to have Carmen on their team.
“Carmen is caring and
compassionate in all of her interactions with patients and families. She never
misses an opportunity to put a smile on a patient’s face or offer them words of
encouragement,” Duma says. “Her colleagues also appreciate her positive energy.
They will often say, ‘It’s going to be a great day because Carmen is here!’”
Bradley resides in Linwood with
her two sons.
The Guardian Angel program
recognizes anyone who works at Shore Medical Center and makes an impact and
difference in a patient's care. Guardian Angels are recognized amongst their
peers and are presented with a special Guardian Angel pin at Shore Medical
